Sa industriya ng Netwok Marketing o MLM, an baba ng tingin sa atin bilang networker sa mata ng mga prospect. May iba nga tatawanan ka pa pag nalaman nila na isa kang networker lalo yong mga taong hindi naintindihan at di nakita ang kagandahan ng industriya ng network marketing.
Sa kadahilanan ng maraming networker na hindi alam yong tamang posture. Mukhang bibig nalang lagi yong pagbebenta, pang hype na talagang desperado para lang mapasali yong prospect nila.
And this lead to being a BAD posture sa mata ng prospect.
No One Is Interested When You Have No Posture
May kakilala ka bang kaibigan na needy and always ask for a things?
..pinapakinggan mo ba sila o naging interesado ka ba sa kanila?
OR nirerespeto moba sila?
Most likely not…and unfortunately most networkers did this mistake and reason why they fail.
In order to be successful in sponsoring you must have posture.
Once you have posture, you will find prospects will respect you more
You Must have a GOOD posture..
By posture, I’m not talking about your physical look with correct posture.(Even though it help you with prospecting and give self confidence)
I’m talking about not being DESPERATE and NEEDY.
Wag kang maging desperado kung sasali man sila o hindi sa bisnes mo. Kaylangan ito yong tamang mindset mo kapag may kausap ka na prospect.
You don’t need them but they need you!
Tama yon..
Hindi mo sila kaylangan dahil there are billions of people in the world.
If they say ‘No’ to you, you can simply talk to other billions.
There are tons of prospects out there but you have to sort them out.
Your prospect only has YOU and YOUR OPPORTUNITY to help them with their lives.
When you have this attitude, you won’t frustrate yourself and won’t spend time with bad prospects
And write this down…
The more you chase them, the more they will run away. But the more you PUSH them away, the more they will come after you.
This is a human Psychology an works every time.
Be Confident and Focus
Good Posture starts with your vision of success and the confidence you display to your prospect.
Mahahalata kasi ng prospect mo kapag may alinlangan ka sa ginagawa mo lalo in table talk conversation.
And this will affect your posture to them. More practice, be confident and focus.
Reject them first before they reject you
Because you don’t need them but they need you, learn to disqualify your prospects QUICKLY
You must reject them before they reject you!.
Kung may kausap ka na prospect na sa tingin mo habang nag pe-present ka at nagsasalita, tapos sya panay text o may ibang distraction na ginawa at sangkatotak na objections.
….Itigil mo na yan
Ito pwedeng mong sabihin …
Friend, sana hindi ka ma offend pero parang hindi ikaw yong taong hinahanap ko, hindi naman kasi para sa lahat tong bisnes nato. Tawagan mo nalang ako kung ready kana. (Bigay mo yong contact number mo)
….Boom!
Reject them before they reject you.
Kung sasabihin ng prospect ‘Ok’ and end the meeting, well that’s great because bad prospect is stealing your time. (There are tons of prospect to talk and eager to join you)
Isa pang pwedeng magandang mangyari kapag ni reject mo yong prospect mo, they will start paying attention to you.
OR in the next days, they will contact you and ready to listen to your business presentation.
That’s cause of psychology.
Most people don’t like it when they have things taken away from them.
Don’t talk too much
The more you talk, the more you lose.
You must have a duration of time kapag may kausap ka na prospect. I think maximum of 1 hour, may posibilidad kasi kapag mahaba na yong pinag usapan nyo at hindi mo pa rin napasali yong prospect mo, magiging pushy salesman kana at ayaw natin ng ganun. This is a bad posture sa prospect mo.
The more you talk, the needier and more desperate you sound.
And remember, you don’t need them but they need you!
